Description Item Specs   Tsunami Tachi Overall Length:38.5 " Blade:Very Sharp Blade Length:27.75 " Blade Material:High Carbon Tsuka Length:10.875 " Tsuka Material:Wood Condition:Brand New Tsuba Material:Steel Alloy Features Blade: The blade of the Tsunami is constructed with high carbon steel. An aesthetic hamon has been added to the Ha of the blade. The blade features a full tang design, bohi and comes very sharp. Saya: The Saya of the sword is wooden with a natural finish. A sageo has been tied to the kurigata. Tsuba: The Habaki of the sword is a one piece brass construction. The Tsuba is a sukashi (cut out) tsunami pattern in steel alloy. Tsuka: The Tsuka core is wooden with a broacaded Same. A tan cotton Ito has been wrapped over the Same. The Tang is double pinned with bamboo Mekugi. Verry Nice October 17, 2010 Reviewer: Kenneth Sharp from bay city, WA United States   This sword is better than a more exspensive sword I bout a couple of years ago, it is full tang unlike my other sword from another site. It is mutch stronger than my other one and insted of cutting pool noodles, I did a test cut with treelings about 3inch's thick my old sword it didnt cut though and it bent. This sword on the other hand cut right through, it just barely bent verry nice for this price I give two thumbs WAY WAY up. Was this review helpful to you?

review from william matthews September 13, 2010 Reviewer: william matthews from williamsport, PA United States   I got this sword a few weeks ago and it is one of the finest swords i have ever seen for this price most swords at this price  are junk or fake but not this one and it is super sharp so if you screw up you will pay for it (lol) but this sword showes that it is a bad ass cutter i am vary happy with it. Very Happy November 19, 2009 Reviewer: Rich Gray from McMinnville, OR United States   I got my Tsunami Katana today, and I am very impressed with it. It has a wonderful polish, and is razor sharp right out of the box, with excellent tight fittings and wrap. Cuts Milk jugs, Pool noodles and green bamboo like a light saber. It is a uniquely set up and designed sword (that is very pleasing to me as well). I don't think you could buy a better sword for less than $50 anywhere.
