This is the Masonic Knight's Templar Ceremonial Sword Cross Handle. The blade of the sword is 440 stainless steel with slightly sharpened edges and a very sharp point. A ridge runs down the center of the blade to a long Ricasso. The pommel of the sword is a knights head.

Attributes of the Weapon:
Blade: The blade of the sword is 440 stainless steel with slightly sharpened edges and a very sharp point. A ridge runs down the center of the blade to a long Ricasso.
Scabbard: The scabbard of the sword has been constructed from polished stainless steel with ornate silver fittings. Three silver carrying rings have been added to the scabbard.
Guard: The guard of the sword features two cut out crosses on each arm and a cross and crown in the center of the guard. Framing the cross in the center of the guard is the latin inscription "In Hoc Signo Vinces." A removable chain has been attached to the guard.
Handle: The handle is plastic with a cross engraved into the handle. The pommel of the sword is a knights head.

I ordered this sword as a gift to my son. I was very pleased with the entire process and quick shipping. It was a bit pricy on the shipping but was pleased with all of customer services and appearance of the sword. My son loved it!

My Templar Sword	January 24, 2012

First, the good. It is a fine blade and works well for my Commandery. It is a great alternative to the "Traditional" Templar sword which runs $500.00 +. If i want ti personalized, I can have the blade engraved.

The bad. I was under the impression by the picture that the pommel and cross guard would be silver tone, which would have been ideal. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was gold tone. This is a minor difficulty because I can paint it to the proper color. You really should indicate the color, or provide a choice.
