Item Specs

This is the Handmade Open Mouth Dragon Katana Sword. The blade of the sword has been handmade with through hardened Carbon Steel. The sword comes full tang and sharp. The Saya has been constructed from wood with a black high gloss finish.

Features

Blade: The blade of the sword has been handmade with through hardened Carbon Steel. An Aesthetic Hamon has been added down the edge of the blade. A Bohi has been added to the top of the blade to even out the weight and give audible feedback. The sword comes sharpened.
Saya: The Saya has been constructed from wood with a black high gloss finish. A cord Sageo is tied around the wooden Kurigata. The Koiguchi has been hardened via laquering.
Tsuba: The Tsuba is steel with a circular sukashi dragon design.
Tsuka: The handle is the classic open mouth dragon. A bamboo pin secures the tang into the handle, and allows the sword to be taken apart. The handle is plastic.
