This is the newest addition to our growing rapier collection: The Don Quixote Rapier. The Rapier is fully detailed and is also quite well balanced. The detail of the guard is impressive and the attention paid to the blade and handle are evident immediately on inspection. Across the guard in golden relief are some of the best events of the Don Quixote story. This sword is perfect for collectors, plays, and reenactments.

Features

-Blade: The blade of the sword is composed of 440 stainless steel. The edge of blade has been dulled, but the point is extremely sharp. The blade also features a short ricasso, and fuller.
-Guard: The guard is a shell style with golden detail in relief on each side of the cup. The guard rests 2 inches above a solid steel cross guard with golden leaves and a small quillon.
-Handle: The handle of the sword is black felt with a full knuckle bow and a large ornate pommel. The tang is secured by a capstan rivet at the end of the pommel.

This sward was not for me so I just opened the box to see the model, is real nice i like the guard detail.
