This is the Shirasaya Handmade Tanto.

Features

Attributes of the Tanto:
Blade: The blade of the Tanto has been constructed from through hardened high carbon steel with a straight edge design. A Bo-hi runs along the Mune of the blade. The blade comes sharp with a full tang.
Saya: The saya is wooden with a natural wood finish. The Saya fits seamlessly into the Tsuka.
Tsuka: The Habaki is a one piece brass construction that secures the blade. The Tsuka is the same natural wood as the Saya. One wooden Mekugi secure the tang of the sword in the Tsuka.

Nice little tanto. A bit rough in some areas, but for the price, not really worth returning or even worrying over. Seems like it would make a nice little work knife.
