The Kodogu are the metal fittings on the Koshirae.  Traditionally the Koshirae was mounted on the sword when the sword was being used on a regular basis or was being displayed.  If the sword was being stored then the blade was transferred to a Shirasaya.  

We offer an assortment of Tsuba, Menuki, and Fuchigashira.  We can also create custom Kodogu on request.  Please contact to receive a quote for any Kodogu.
