Item Specs

This is the handmade samurai katana sword type 98 Gunto replica with tan itomaki and brown saya. The sword is detailed in the style of the Japanese Guntos carried during WWII. It features metal fittings and tan itomaki.

Features

Attributes of the Katana:
Blade: The blade is high-carbon steel and features a bohi.
Saya: The Saya has been constructed from hard wood and finished in a brown lacquer with Gunto style brass fittings.
Tsuba: The Tsuba is alloy and is also made in Gunto style.
Tsuka: The Tsuka core is comprised of wood and features imitation ray skin. The entire handle is wrapped with tan chemical fiber ito. The menuki are blackened brass and the fushigashira are alloy in the Gunto style, completing the theme.

The sword came with a small defect in the saya, but have a excelent quality. Because this defect the rating will low dawn.
