How do I return an item?

* All sales are final 30 days after the package was delivered.

* Shipping and handling cost is non-refundable.

* We are not responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the items
  are defective or have problems due to our error.

* All non-defective returns are subject to 15% restocking fee, unless
  the problem was due to our error.

* Returned items must be accompanied with all the original packaging,
  accessories, and free gift(s), if applicable.

* All returned items will be inspected prior to processing a refund or
  an exchange.  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

* Returned items must be well-packaged to avoid damage during
  transportation.  Improper packaging on returned items by the buyer
  resulting in damages will be denied.

* All returns must include a copy of the invoice and a Return  
  Merchandise Authorzation (RMA) number.  You must contact us
  to obtain an RMA number.

* If you item is damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days from
  the date of receipt and we will file a shipment claim with the carrier
  on your behalf.
