This shield is the Crusader Edition of the "Lion Heart" Series. The coat of arms in the center of the shield are Richard the Lion Hearts three lions. The Back ground of the shield is a dark maroon cross of the crusader shield. During and after the crusades this mark of the cross was an identifying mark of a person or persons ancestors being a part of the crusades. While Richard Plantagenet is revered as one of the great warrior kings of England, he is perhaps best known as "the absent king." This is due to the fact that during his reign from 1189-1199, he spent a total of six months in England. This aside Richard I was well known for his bravery which earned him the nickname "The Lionheart". A name that has reached epic and mythological proportions, best seen in literary works such as Robin Hood and Sir Walter Scott's novel Ivanhoe.
The Shield is Stainless Steel with Golden Fittings. The back ground is painted with an aged white and the maroon. For easy display the shield has a chain and a handle. The crest is golden with steel rivets attaching it to the shield. The corners of the shield are golden with a golden sun burst in each. Shield comes with wall display hanging chains and bracket for mounting swords behind.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
