Overall Length:38.5 " Blade:Sharp Blade Length:26.75 " Blade Material:Carbon Steel Tsuka Length:10.5 " Fittings Material:Steel Condition:Brand New Handle Material:Ray Skin Features Attributes of the Weapon: Blade: The blades have been handmade with carbon steel. Sword is full tang. Saya: The Saya is constructed from hard wood with a red lacquer finish and red chemical fiber cord Ito tied around a wooden Kurigata. The Koi-Guchi has been lined and hardened. Tsuba: The Habaki is a one piece brass construction. The Tsuba is a higo style sukashi cucumber design and is made of steel. Tsuka: The Fuchi is blackened copper in a simplistic higo design. The Tsuka core is wooden with authentic samegawa. Red chemical fiber Ito has been wrapped over the Same. Two blackened Menuki are on each side of the Tsuka in the likeness of a dragon. Red Katana w/Musashi Tsuba January 20, 2012 Reviewer: Murf from Manchester, NH United States   This sword was a surprise. Overall this sword is just RED!! That's why I got it. The Tsuka Ito is very tight and the Ura and Omote knots are done very well. They will stay put for a long time. What is most impressive about it is it's weight. It is under 2 lbs and is very fast and light in the hand. It is an impressive cutter for the price. At these prices, buy one, you won't regret it. Looks hot on the wall!!
