Product Description

This is the Cut Throat Leather Facial Straight Razor Sharpening Strop. It features a 13" x 2" double sided workable area and a 5" leather handle. This flexible strip of leather is used to straighten and polish the blade of a straight razor , a knife, or a woodworking tool like a chisel. Good stropping helps to keep the razor's edge in its optimal shave-ready condition. The leather on this strop does not come tanned. For easy and cheap leather tanning instructions please read below.

Leather Tanning Instructions: To vegetable tan your leather, first put the strop outside in direct sunlight for 2-3 days. Then apply vegetable oil to the leather along the stropping surface and leave hanging in direct sunlight for another day and reapply oil until desired color and flexibility is reached. We have found 2-3 extra applications to serve well for stropping purposes.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
