This is the Norman Long Sword. It features a classic, simple cross guard, with a hand and a half handle. The handle is made of a wood core, and is tightly wrapped with leather which is then sewn together. The pommel is very large and is made of steel and serves as a very good counterweight to give this sword a great presence when swung.

Please note that this sword is not meant for actual cutting or sparring.

Detailed Specs:

Blade: The blade of this sword has been constructed with carbon steel and features one groove that extends about 24 inches from the guard. It is unsharpened.

Guard: The guard is a simple cross bar, with slight tapering towards the ends.

Handle: The handle features a wood core, and is tightly wrapped in leather, which is then sewn together. The large pommel is a great counterweight to give this sword a nice presence when swung.The tang is peened over top the metal pommel of the handle.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
